StemMedical is governed by a two-tier management system consisting of a board of directors, responsible for strategic direction and governance, and a management team, responsible for day-to-day management/leadership and strategy execution. In addition, a group of lead advisors cooperate with the company on clinical, scientific, and strategic topics.
The organization is set up in a classic three-pronged split with R&D, operations, and commercial functions, supported by quality/regulatory and administration led by the CFO.
StemMedical’s strong scientific profile is reflected in the skill and experience base among the Management team that includes 4 medical doctors and six Ph.Ds.
